I started Sound of Soma after burning out so badly I was bedridden. The conventional route gave me no answers. Everything "looked fine", and I felt anything but.
Months in, I went to one of my first sound baths. I lay down, didn't expect much, and for the first time in a long time I felt half normal.
The studio is how I share that in Windsor. The app is how I share it with you on the nights you can't make it in, wherever you are.
Ange
Really struggling, wired, exhausted, shut down. It finds the session for the state you're in, not the one you wish you were in.
Short sessions for the car, a lunch break or between meetings. Longer journeys for bed.
Press play on a guided journey, or build your own from every sound in the studio.
Pick a card or let the deck choose: solfeggio, elements or chakras, with a practice to take into your day.
This is how you get Sound of Soma at home, whenever you need it.
It's for the nights between classes, and the timetable is right there when you want to come in.
Soon. People on the early list hear first, and get in before anyone else.
We'll share that at launch. The early list gets the first look.
For now, you book in the Momence app, same as always. The Sound of Soma app is being built with the studio timetable inside it too.
No. Everything except booking a class works wherever you are.
No. It's a self-care practice, not medical treatment. If you're dealing with something serious, keep your doctor in the loop.
