Good to know

Before you come

  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Doors lock 5 minutes after we begin so the room stays undisturbed.
  • Wear something warm and comfortable. Your body temperature drops as you settle. Mats, bolsters and blankets are all provided.
  • No experience needed, for anything. Most of the room is new. Nothing is asked of you and you can rest at any point.
  • Class packs save you money. 5 classes for $215 or 10 for $400, valid across every group class we run.

Good to know
  1. Use Google Maps, not Apple Maps. Apple sends people to the wrong place.
  2. Windsor Place is a small lane off Chapel Street. Look for the roller door and the Sound of Soma sign.
  3. Park on Chapel Street or nearby side streets and enter via 32 Chapel Street. Never park on the property.
  4. Doors open 15 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes after we begin, so arrive with time to settle.
