Upcoming full moons
What each one is asking for
Every full moon has its own theme, and Jack writes each session around it. Open one to read what that night is about, or read the longer piece on what the moon actually does to your sleep and nervous system.
Sunday 27 September · 3pm and 6.30pmFull Moon in Aries
Aries is fire. Momentum, push, go. Most of us have been living in exactly that all year, which is why this one is being called one of the biggest releases of the year.
So the bold move under this moon is not doing more. It is stopping, long enough for your system to put down what it has been carrying, including the bracing a lot of us picked up in 2020 and never quite put down again.
We run this one twice, at 3pm and again at 6.30pm, because it fills.
Monday 26 October · 6.30pmFull Moon in Taurus
Taurus is the earth under your feet. The exhale after the sprint, the slow pleasure of being here rather than three steps ahead.
This moon asks a quieter question than Aries does: what does it actually feel like to be safe in your own body? Not safe on paper, not safe once the list is finished. Safe in the tissue.
Good one if you have been running on urgency and have lost contact with your own senses.
Tuesday 24 November · 6.30pmFull Moon in Gemini
Gemini is the mirror and the messenger. It deals in what gets said and what gets swallowed.
Under this moon what surfaces is usually mental: the noise, the unsent message, the conversation you keep rehearsing, the story you tell yourself so you never have to say the real thing out loud.
Sound is useful here because it gives the thinking mind something to do other than think.
