Please read before you come

Arrive early. The door locks.

Doors open 15 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes after we begin. Once the door is locked we cannot let anyone in, because it breaks the stillness for everyone who is already settling in.

If you miss your class for any reason, it is marked as a no-show. That includes running late, getting stuck in traffic, not finding a park or not finding the studio.

No-shows are not refunded, rescheduled or turned into credit. There are no exceptions, so please do not message us to ask.

The easiest way to avoid this: read this page before you leave, use Google Maps, and plan to arrive 15 minutes early, especially for your first visit and on weekends.
