Life happens — and we’ve made it easy to change your booking. Please take a moment to review this before booking your session. The short version: you can change or gift your spot any time up to 12 hours before we begin.

Reschedule
Free, up to 12 hours before your session.
Move to any upcoming session yourself — online or in the Momence app. No need to contact us.
Transfer
Any time — to another person.
Can’t make it? A friend takes your place in the same session — a transfer changes who attends, not the time.
Late Cancel
Within 12 hours: full fee, no refund.
Your spot is held just for you — late notice means someone else misses out on it.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable — but with free rescheduling and anytime transfers, your session never has to go to waste.

Rescheduling your session
You can reschedule free of charge, any time up to 12 hours before your session starts. It’s completely self-serve — log into your Momence account (see the steps below) and move your booking to any upcoming session that suits you.
