Group class · Windsor, Melbourne
A class for releasing the stress and tension your body's been holding. Slow, supported Yin yoga to soft music while Charlie works Tibetan bowls around the room and on the body — where their vibration releases tension straight from the tissue. You leave lighter, calmer and sleeping deeper.

The experience
Warm low light, bolsters, blankets. You take a mat, get comfortable, and Charlie opens with a few minutes of breath — enough to arrive, nothing that feels like work.
Floor-based Yin poses, each held for a few minutes with plenty of support — gravity does the stretching. Music plays softly while Charlie moves through the room with Tibetan bowls — playing them around you and at times resting them on the body, where the vibration releases the tension stored in muscle and fascia.
The class closes in stillness. Most people leave feeling lighter — shoulders drop, breathing slows, and things you didn't realise you were holding start to let go.
Questions
No — and most of the room doesn't. Every shape is on the floor, propped and adjustable, and you can come out of any of them whenever you want. Stiff bodies often get the most out of it.
Something warm and comfortable — your body temperature drops as you settle. Everything else is provided: mats, bolsters, blankets and props.
10–15 minutes early. Doors lock 5 minutes after we begin so the room stays undisturbed. For the Cacao Ceremony, come on a fairly empty stomach — cacao lands better.
Usually yes, with adjustments — text us before your first class and Charlie will set you up with the right supports.
Inside the stream
Same slow shapes, same bowls on the body — each class on the timetable leans a different way.
Wednesdays 6:30pm · 60 min · $40 — for the shoulders that carry everything.

So much tension lives in the shoulders, chest, jaw and neck. This class works through slow, supported Yin poses for the upper body while the bowls rest on your chest and shoulders, loosening what's been held tight. You'll breathe easier by the end.
Good for
Sundays 10am · 90 min · $59 — for what you're ready to put down.

We start with a cup of ceremonial cacao, then move through long-held Yin poses for the chest, belly and hips — the places the body holds grief and old stress. There's time to journal and name what you're ready to leave behind, and at the end you offer it to the bowl and let the sound carry it.
Good for
Mondays 7pm · 60 min · $40 — for feeling settled and steady again.

This one works into the hips, lower back and inner thighs — the areas that hold the most and let go last. The bowls rest over your belly and sacrum while you sink into each shape. People often walk out feeling steadier and more settled than they have in weeks.

Nervous systems don't transform in one visit — they respond to repetition. That's why the people who come weekly are the ones whose sleep changes for good.

Yin Yoga & Sound Practitioner
"Having spent years in a demanding corporate career, I know firsthand how hard it can be to switch off and let the body and nervous system truly rest. Yin gave me that space — and permission to literally just lie down and rest.
I first discovered the power of sound in Bali, and it completely changed the way I understood energy, frequency and life. Yin and sound together are such a powerful combination for calming the nervous system, easing anxiety and supporting deeper sleep — I've felt all of those benefits firsthand.
I trained as a Yin Yoga Teacher in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and I love creating spaces where people can truly soften and return to themselves. My classes are open to all levels, and I hope to meet you at one of them soon."
"If I were to describe the sound bath and yin experience in one word: light. Not only does your body, mind and soul feel lighter after this intimate and deeply nourishing practice, but somehow the weight you didn't even realise you were carrying begins to lift as well."
