Why it matters to me
Five years ago I would have laughed at all of this
I was out every weekend. Corporate job, big social life, and I believed in none of what I do now.
Then at 30 my body stopped letting me get away with it. Debilitating fatigue. Heart palpitations. Joint pain. Brain fog so heavy I couldn’t hold a thought. I went from doing everything to doing nothing, bed-bound and unable to manage the basics of a day. Doctor after doctor, test after test, and the same answer every time.
Nothing is wrong with you.
Out of desperation rather than belief, I went to a sound bath. About twenty minutes in, something I hadn’t realised I’d been carrying for years lifted off me. The anxiety eased. The fog thinned. Everything I do now came out of that room.
I don’t take credit for anyone’s healing. Their body does the work. I create the conditions and hold the space while it happens, and I built the studio so people could come every week, properly held, with everything provided.
