Good to know
Before you come
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Doors lock 5 minutes after we begin so the room stays undisturbed.
- Wear something warm and comfortable. Your body temperature drops as you settle. Mats, bolsters and blankets are all provided.
- No experience needed, for anything. Most of the room is new. Nothing is asked of you and you can rest at any point.
- Class packs save you money. 5 classes for $215 or 10 for $400, valid across every group class we run.

Minutes from Chapel Street and a short walk from Windsor Station.
Open in Google Maps- Use Google Maps, not Apple Maps. Apple sends people to the wrong place.
- Windsor Place is a small lane off Chapel Street. Look for the roller door and the Sound of Soma sign.
- Park on Chapel Street or nearby side streets and enter via 32 Chapel Street. Never park on the property.
- Doors open 15 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes after we begin, so arrive with time to settle.
